Refund Policy
Effective July 13, 2026
Short version: try before you pay, and if Keyline isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of a charge and you get your money back.
1. Free trial first
The Team plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. Solo is free forever and needs no card.
2. 14-day refund window
Not happy after a charge? Email support@keyline.sh within 14 days of that charge and we refund it in full. No forms, no arguing.
3. How refunds are processed
Purchases are made through Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds go back through Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. You can also contact Paddle directly via the link on your invoice.
4. After a refund or cancellation
- Your workspace drops to Solo limits at the end of the paid period (immediately, for a refund).
- Your data is not deleted. Secrets stay encrypted and exportable.
- You can upgrade again anytime.
5. Fair use
The refund window is for trying Keyline honestly. Repeated refund-and-resubscribe cycles may be declined.
6. EU consumers
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights are not limited by this policy.
